How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ This senior-level position will lead our newly formed geo-specific Sales Engineering team with a singular focus on our PCN (Private Cellular Network) products and solutions. This team is comprised of our specialized SE resources, including architects and sales engineers.\ \ The vision is that this role will lead a team of high-performing individuals with deep expertise, providing resources and assistance for our sales teams, customers, partners, and cross-organizational functions such as Product Management. Additionally, this team will be a strong pre-sales group to interface and engage, particularly on Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions specific questions and on the relevant Service Provider, Carrier, and Enterprise markets.This team will be highly visible as a hub for the PCN arm of pre-sales organization in their respective geo, and the leader of this group will have one of the rare opportunities to help form a newly organized function in a high growth division.\ \ What Will You Do?\ Provide leadership, vision, and a growth strategy for our Private Cellular Network Sales Engineering team. Be a visible and outspoken leader sharing insight with the Product team and others in this developing PCN market. Act as the technical partner for the respective sales counterpart in geo. Actively participate as a member of the overall SE leadership team, bringing ideas and potential strategies to help drive our revenue growth from an SE perspective.\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s in a science/computer-related degree
  • Fifteen (15+) years of experience, including extensive people management experience in senior technical resources
  • Experience with cellular wireless technologies
  • Experience running field SE teams
  • Experience growing specialized SE teams
  • Experience interfacing with Sales and Corporate executives representing SE strategies
  • Experience handling critical customer pre-sales escalations and advocating across the organization to drive large revenue opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of Private Wireless networks and their associated use cases
  • Good understanding of private or public cloud design considerations like containerization, distributed systems, load balancing, LTE architecture
  • Familiarity with Enterprise network concepts, protocols, and solutions, such as routing, VPN, LAN/WAN/SDWAN, etc
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable language to any level of audience
  • Superior professional and communications skills including the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influence preconceptions, and overcome objections
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement
  • A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment
