Your Day to Day:

  • Supports sales, operations and services divisions and advises procurement and vendor contract business areas.

  • Supports contract negotiations and assists in drafting complex contracts, including Master Service Agreements, SaaS, license, and other complex agreements for Enterprise Technology and other business areas.

  • Support the Digital Marketing team on a wide range of high-profile member-facing initiatives, including our member portal;

  • Regulatory Compliance for member engagement activities, including privacy aspects of digital marketing and tracking technology; Legal review for wide range of Member Communications

  • Draft Board and Committee Votes

  • Advises cross-functional new product development teams with respect to privacy matters, state and federal regulations.

  • Helps company achieve business goals in complex regulatory environment. Identifies, analyzes and provides advice with respect to potential legal issues and risks.

  • Manages large and diverse workload in order to meet business demands at appropriate level of detail consistent with internal and external deadlines.

    We're Looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

  • Healthcare related regulatory expertise

  • Outstanding drafting and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Skill to solve problems independently accompanied by willingness to work as a team member.

  • Ability to negotiate with and influence third parties in an assertive but constructive manner.

  • Excellent business acumen and judgment, including ability to place legal risk in proper business context.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and associates in key business areas.

  • Ability to influence peers and leaders at all levels.

    What You Bring:

  • JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.

  • Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.

  • Four or more years of transactional law experience involving contract negotiation and drafting.

  • Experience in regulatory compliance and health law strongly preferred

Salary Range: $126,270.00 - $154,330.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
