We are seeking a dynamic Primary Care Physician to join our Family Medicine team at our outpatient clinical headquarters, located just steps away from Boston’s historic Fenway Park! You’ll join a full staff committed to serving the city’s underserved patient population, including the LGBTQ community, BIPOC communities, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

As a Primary Care Physician with Fenway Health, you will:

  • Provides direct medical services to Fenway Health patients including conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, formulating diagnosis & treatment plans, and prescribing medication

  • Provide psychosocial screening and evaluation to patients

  • Provide supervision to mid-level practitioners and trainees including helping set up diagnosis and treatment plans

NOTE: This position currently involves some remote work including conducting telehealth visits with patients. Remote work hours and duties are subject to change based on patient demand, federal and state changes to work regulations, and payor reimbursement guidelines.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree

  • Current Massachusetts license

  • Board eligibility or certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or medicine/pediatrics

  • Current AAHIVM credentials or ability to obtain credentials within 2 years of hire

  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across the spectrum of diversity, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, national origin and immigrant status, religious or spiritual identity, disability (physical, mental, emotional and developmental), veteran status, and/or limited English proficiency.
