Red Hat Program Manager, Key Site Programs in Boston, Massachusetts

The Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions team is looking for a Program Manager, Key Site Programs to join our team in our Boston, MA office. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of programs, experiences, and interactions that impact Red Hat associates, site stakeholders, our Executive Briefing Center partners and leadership. This position requires a highly motivated, independent, experience-focused person who can adapt well in frequent change. This person will work in a fast-paced corporate environment and should have the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and peers.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with site leaders to understand the business direction and workplace needs to enhance the associate experience that impacts success of the business

  • Grow strategic involvement on projects/programs; working with stakeholders, planning resource management, negotiating contracts, and establishing influence

  • Implement medium to large-scale, strategic, cross-functional projects/programs from initiation to delivery, while collaborating directly with key partners and associates

  • Determine a plan that includes program description, related content announcements, timelines, target audience, stakeholders involved, and feedback cadence for all role-specific programs

  • Create, review, and edit content to be shared across all communication channels including email, Slack, and presentation

  • Manage targeted programs that focus on the AI and Emerging Talent teams

  • Set long-term goals and objectives including KPIs, what will be achieved, and how it will be achieved

  • Create, maintain, and review content to deliver a site-based orientation in partnership with other cross-functional organizations and groups

  • Serve as an escalation point for associate and business-impacting issues

  • Partner with Workplace Strategy and Delivery to develop programs, early concepts, and innovations in the workplace to enhance the associate experience

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage the Associate Advisory and Site Leadership Councils including meeting agendas, content, and presentations

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in a similar role; focusing on facilities/program and project management

  • Proven track record of executing successful projects using project/program management techniques and methods

  • Motivated with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in handling multiple priorities with the capability to efficiently handle changing needs

  • Ability to build productive, high-level relationships with key stakeholders and confident sharing best practices, lessons learned and expertise with various teams in an organization

  • Accomplished in objectively analyzing situations and problem identification in order to efficiently resolve issues

  • Proven ability to stay flexible when faced with changing conditions, while identifying opportunities to create new solutions

The salary range for this position is $99,830.00 - $159,610.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
