TEKsystems Facilities Coordinator in Boulder, Colorado

Description:

  • Organizing office procedures, preparing payroll, and controlling correspondence

  • Creating and managing records for personnel, financial, and other types of data

  • Coordinate with external contractor services for office maintenance

  • Act as a second point of contact for building inspections

  • Timely and routinely inspecting of facilities as needed

  • Support teams room set up, catering and more

  • Tracking, ordering, and managing office supplies and equipment

  • Answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors, and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff

  • Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator

  • Ability to work successfully with multiple internal and external stakeholder in securing timely decisions on key purchases and agreements

  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience working in some sort of Office or Facilities Coordination
