Job Title: Librarian Work location: 347 N. Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, OH, 43402 Duration: 3+ months Roles and Responsibilities: Under supervision of the Library Administrator, provide administrative support related to tasks associated with the agency's backfile project. Working knowledge of Outlook to email staff with questions/clarification and save documents. Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules. Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe. Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner. Sweep document into Unity Client. Identify indexing information (metadata). QA ingested document. Required Experience: Must have Library experience. Knowledge of: Metadata and Adobe Bachelor's Degree Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
