Universal Health Services Groundskeeper Full Time Days in BRADENTON, Florida
Responsibilities
Maintains and cares for hospital grounds to assure the appearance of lawns, trees, shrubbery, and flowers project a favorable image within the community. Grounds will be maintained in a highly visible, manicured manner. Weather not permitting, will assist maintenance staff on general maintenance jobs. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Familiar with accepted practices in field of groundskeeping.
Must be able to mow, edge and line trim, prune trees, weed control and fertilization practices.
Knowledge of planting and transplanting shrubs, flowers, lawns, and trees.
Pressure-washing responsibilities which will necessitate late evening or early morning hours when assigned. .
Knowledge to eliminate insects and other lawn pests. Knowledge of soil characteristics in local area.
Minimum of 2 years lawn maintenance experience for commercial property. HS Graduate or GED
