[[Defibtech is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, and closing for largescale projects in a medical device regulated environment. In addition, this position will ensure communications occur with stakeholders and partners, leading the core project team in defining the milestones from the point of project initiation to launch commitments. This position is based hybrid remotely out of our Branford, Connecticut manufacturing site.

• Simultaneously leads and manages multiple complex projects with an elevated level of independence.
• Serves as accountable team leader for the projects core team performance, project schedule, issue resolution, project execution, budget commitments and spend.
• Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Ensures effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders by frequently interacting with all functions and levels of management.
• Works within the guidelines of Defibtech's project office model, standard performance metrics, and regulatory guidelines to support, plan, monitor, control, and implement projects.
• Communicates with executive team to highlight priorities and ensure projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategies.
• Anticipates and manages potential conflicts. Leads teams in timely resolution of complex problems, including development of technical solutions, project plans, resourcing plans, and budget.
• Leads teams in managing scope and project change management, keeping the team aligned while adjusting schedules, scope, and targets for the project as change arises.
• Manages all financial aspects of assigned projects, from initiation through close, which may include capital expenditures and functional expenses.
• Demonstrates Defibtech's values on the job and promotes and participates in continuous improvement.
• Actively supports compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems Regulations, safety regulations and applicable statutes).
