We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead with a solid background in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and over 6 years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.

Technical Skills:

• Led software development teams and managed practices in an agile environment.

• Adaptable to various projects and technologies with a keenness to learn and embrace change.

• Proficient understanding and solid knowledge of software architecture principles.

• Designed and implemented complex software systems, including diagramming architectures and large project solutions.

• Maintained technical documentation, participated in architecture definition, and wrote technical specifications.

• Adaptable with a deep understanding of at least one modern programming language and extensive software development experience.

• Experienced with cloud-based systems and microservices, with DevOps experience being a plus, alongside relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes Administrator, Docker, Gitlab, HashiCorp etc.).

Non-Technical Skills:

• Data interpretation for decision-making.

• Proficient in verbal and written customer communication, proactive in addressing customer needs and resolving issues.

• Project management and people leadership skills.

• Research projects experience.

• Compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
