Job Description Summary:
Residence Hall Directors ( RHD ) are responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy living-learning environment and for assuring the quality of life and providing administrative leadership to assigned residence hall(s). Utilizing core competencies and best practices they help to create a positive student experience through engagement and community development. They serve as leaders and role models in student staff supervision, administration, interpersonal communication, management, and program development in a supportive environment focusing on student development and retention
Salary Range: $37,440 yr
