Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Brentwood, Tennessee. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and processing accounts payable in our company. This role involves tasks such as account reconciliation, invoice coding, and data entry, amongst others.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable (AP) transactions timely and efficiently.

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all data are correct and updated.

• Manage and run check runs to ensure payments are made on time.

• Code invoices appropriately for accurate categorization and tracking.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update the accounts payable system.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and organize data.

• Process invoices, ensuring all details are correct before processing payment.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Knowledge of Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle software

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software

• Experience with SAP software.
