Job Title: FP& A Manager

Location: Brentwood, TN

Job Type: Contract

Robert Half is seeking an experienced FP& A Manager for a contract role with our growing client in Brentwood, TN. This position necessitates a well-versed finance professional with advanced command over PowerBI and Excel. Experience with SAP or large ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and present to senior management.

• Analyze financial information and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.

• Partner with functional leaders to deliver insightful business performance analyses.

• Implement standardized tools and processes across the organization.

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

  Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years in a FP& A role or related field.

• Proficiency in PowerBI and advanced Excel is mandatory.

• Experience with SAP or large ERP systems is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Deep understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
