Insight Global Customer Service Representative in Brentwood, Tennessee

Job Description

This candidate will handle answering phone calls coming from team members who are experiencing financial hardships for a multitude of different reasons, such as:

  • A death of a family member, spouse, etc.

  • Catastrophic or extreme circumstances such as a house fire, domestic abuse, etc.

  • Housing instability

  • Going through a serious illness or injury and are looking for assistance with medical expenses and loss of income

The team experiences around 10 calls a day (may be more or less depending on the day) and currently has 50,000+ team members within the organization that can call this support line. This person will need to have great communication skills and be able to speak with team members that are going through high-stress situations and provide emotional support for team members. The candidate will also assist with application in-take. They will be responsible for managing incoming applications by recording the Team Member's information on a spreadsheet and sending emails confirming receipt of the Team Member's application.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience

Experienced using Outlook and Microsoft Excel High emotional maturity and empathy

Detail-oriented

Able to communicate effectively via phone & email

Time management skills (fast-paced position)

Able to work with or learn SuccessFactors (Benefitplace is a similar system)

Experienced using Adobe

Understanding of leave of absence needs

HR or retail experience null
