Senior Product Manager - SEO

Overall Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic growth across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a track record of delivering successful SEO initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with the company's overall product and business objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, content, and marketing, to optimize our products for search engines

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analyze user search behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and adapt our strategies accordingly

• Work closely with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, search-friendly content across our products and websites

• Identify and prioritize technical SEO issues and work with the engineering team to implement solutions

• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark our SEO performance against industry peers

• Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a product management role

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy

• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

• Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus
