Job Title: Structures Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Structures Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to read blueprints and schematics, and perform C&D Check maintenance in a repair station environment. The role also involves the fabrication and modification of related structural parts and components, as well as working in an MRO / Part 145 environment. The Structures Technician will fabricate, install, and overhaul CRJs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, heavy MRO environment. The majority of the work involves heavy C/D checks and inspections, often under tight timeframes. Candidates will receive a work order each day with an assigned completion time. The role operates on a 'Southern Swing Shift' schedule, broken down as follows: 4 days on (12 hours) and 3 days off for the 1st week, and 3 days on (12 hours) and 4 days off for the 2nd week. This is a 24/7 operation and the successful candidate may work either a front end 1st / 2nd shift or back end 1st / 2nd shift. Dress code is casual, with shorts or pants allowed.
