Description

The primary function of this role is to oversee accounts payable operations. This role will be an integral part of our team, with a focus on managing and improving our accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operations of the accounts payable department

• Utilizing strong Excel skills to maintain and manage financial data

• Managing a team of 2, providing guidance and supervision

• Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions for efficient financial management

• Managing ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other HR-related processes

• Overseeing Concur for travel and expense management

• Overseeing the process of check processing and discrepancy resolution

• Handling expense reporting and ensuring compliance with company policies

• Implementing and maintaining data processing systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong excel and management experience.
