• Field and send written business correspondence

• Manage and place incoming telephone calls

• Through your success in the role, you will support business

development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring

customers

• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  Requirements

• Strong computer skills including customer database systems

• Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex

customer inquiries via extensive research

• 1+ years of past relevant experience

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management

(CRM) systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal,

written, and listening)

• Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor

applied to all tasks

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Deep understanding of Ring Central

• Customer service experience preferred

• Adeptness in Microsoft Word

• French Language experience desired

• Command of Salesforce.com

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Call center experience highly desired

• Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when

interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
