Store Auditor 

Job Overview:

Audits store paperwork, corrects errors, and ensures accuracy before review by accounting team.

Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to:

· Verifies paperwork submitted by locations

• Sales

• Method of payments

• Paid Outs

• Invoices

• Write-Offs

• Transfers

• Expenses

• House Charges

• Fuel Inventory

• Over/Shorts

· Corrects errors in paperwork and documents those corrections

· Communicates issues timely and effectively with Store Manager and Operations Manager

· Identifies deficiencies within the auditing process and meets with appropriate staff to resolve deficiencies

· Collaborates with accounting team and Operations Manager as needed

· Submits coupons for reimbursement

· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time

· Vision abilities required by this job include close vision

· Follows company safety guidelines

· Ability to handle high levels of stress

· Regular and reliable attendance in office

· Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness

Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Education

· Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the 12th Grade level

· Basic accounting skills

· High school diploma or equivalency required

· Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred

· Basic Excel, Word and Outlook skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
