Manager - Product & Sales Enablement

Location: Hybrid at Bristol, PA or Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Manager- Product & Sales Enablement is responsible for driving the effectiveness and results of the sales & product organization and achievement of strategic plans by providing data, insights, recommendations, and reporting. Helping drive accountability and clarity across the organization.

Overall sales and product system implementation including Salesforce.com and PIM by driving overall strategy and executional plan with cross functional teams to ensure success of these tools/systems in achieving Robern’s strategic goals

This role will sit on Robern leadership team, work cross functionally, and report directly to the General Manager, Robern.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Data to help inform and execute strategies to drive sales & product development.

  • Analyze data to drive data driven business decisions by partnering with:

  • The sales team and to help sellers grow their sales and margins product team to understand what is working and what is not working + ensure new product remediation strategies are being implemented across our showroom network to capitalize sales and margins.

  • Assist in the forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis.

  • Interpret data to proactively provide analytics and insights to drive incremental sales.

  • Prepare sales reporting for day-to-day decision making and utilize data to make strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.

  • Own key systems implementations and effectiveness by collaborating with cross-functional teams (ie. Salesforce.com, PIM) to improve existing sales & product development processes efficiency and effectiveness)

  • Monitor and communicate pipeline conversion rates via Salesforce.

  • Communicate KPIs to key stakeholders.

  • Identify, create, and reinforce best practices to improve sales efficiency and win rates.

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact cross functionally and develop strong relationships with Robern sales, channel and product teams to help promote the Robern strategic vision.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the General Manager, Robern.

Success in the position will be measured through:

  • Sales performance, product performance and operational excellence delivered through helping our organization grow sales and increase margin.

  • Successful Sales & Product enablement activities:Reporting, Analysis of Sales and Orders, Margin Opportunities, Streamlining of Reporting and Processes.

  • Effective partnership with product, channel and sales leadership as it pertains to any or all sales, product and operational initiatives.

Skills/Requirements

  • Individual will be energetic, open minded, management-oriented, and a goal-oriented team

  • Player, with skills to foster open communication and trust.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization cross functionally.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data into actionable sales driving activities and recommendations. Experience with SAP, PIM’s and Salesforce highly preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with preference for concentration in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Sales Operations Management.

  • 2 years’ experience in sales forecasting highly preferred.

  • Related leadership experience in sales, customer service, or sales operations environments required. Luxury sales or tile/stone experience a plus.

The salary range for this position is $94,400 - $119,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
