Responsibilities

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our pharmaceutical labeling company. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and overall quality of pharmaceutical labels and packaging materials before they are distributed to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of pharmaceutical labels and packaging materials to verify compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.

• Perform visual and dimensional checks on printed labels, ensuring clarity, legibility, and adherence to approved designs.

• Utilize testing equipment and procedures to assess the durability, adhesion, and resistance of labels to various environmental factors.

• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality tests and findings.

• Communicate any deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Assurance team and assist in investigations and root cause analysis.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and efficiency.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
