What youll do

This is the age of AI We are seeking an exceptional development manager to join our dynamic team at SAP Signavio, where we are dedicated to creating cutting-edge products in the field of Artificial Intelligence for process management and process mining. As an engineering manager, you will lead your team to great results, foster the team spirit and being accountable for conceptualizing ideas, conducting research on emerging topics, and implementing efficient code based on SAP product standards.

What you bring

• Having an entrepreneurial mindset, thinking creatively, and considering the entire process from start to finish will enable you to accomplish ambitious objectives in a highly innovative and fast-paced product setting.

• 10 years of experience in managing roles, there of 6 years in software development industries

• Bachelors/Master's degree in law as data privacy is mission critical in AI

• Experience in managing the software development team of internals and externals by setting goals, guidelines and KPIs

• Proven track record in successfully building up teams from scratch

• Experience with post-merger and acquisition phase

• Experience with cloud projects

• Certified in agile project management

• Certified in individual and team coaching

• Experience from start-up, corporate as well as international organizations; governmental experience is a plus

• Experienced public speaker / advanced presentation skills

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• A collaborative team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and fully passionate about creating cutting-edge products
