JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Who We Are Milliman SkySail is looking for a Senior Pharmacy RFP Analytics Manager who will be responsible for managing the analytics for Request for Proposals (RFP) processes for Payers seeking Pharmacy Benefit services. For each RFP, this person will create and present pricing models, provide follow up suggestions, anticipate next steps in pricing, and satisfy the needs of the client. Job Responsibilities Lead the analytical portion of the RFP process Facilitate modeling meetings and communication with Payers, PBMs, team members, and other Milliman practices Advise and review RFP questions Review, model, and assess RFP technical and financials Guide clients through financial RFP models for each round of bidding, the BAFO, and vendor selection Assist during the contract stage, including recommending updates and working with PBMs and Payers Appropriately engage other business units and departments Identify problems and effectively...
