Insight Global Front Desk Receptionist in Brooklyn, New York

Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to work onsite 5 days per week in Brooklyn, New York at their law firm. You will be overseeing the administrative tasks of an office of 15 individuals. You will be responsible for answering phones, managing email, directing guests who visit the office, and maintaining an organized office environment. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working for a law firm in an administrative or similar position.

Skills and Requirements

Prior experience in an Administrative or Receptionist position.

  Experience working in a law firm or legal environment.

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Experience with Microsoft Office and Gmail.

  Computer skills, ability to navigate email and learn new software. Legal experience or knowledge in personal injury.

  Bilingual in Spanish. null
