Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for operating baling machine, preparing product for secondary markets generating revenues that contribute to the organizations mission. Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to interact with a very diverse population in a human-services setting. Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done. Ability to operate material handling equipment. A typical full-time schedule is 35-40 hours per week and requires: Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week; and Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees. Prior Experience & Education: 0-3 years of experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
