Job Summary: Griswold Home Care is seeking an experienced Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Denver, Westminster, Broomfield, Boulder County, and parts of Jefferson County Colorado. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This position offers a competitive salary of $17 to $20 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary of $17 to $20 per hour * Weekly pay * Medical Benefits including ancillary (after 90 days of employment) * Opportunity to accrue sick time (eligible for part-time and full-time employees) * Training and development opportunities * Supportive work environment Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate and high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes * Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, changing adult undergarments * Accompany and transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities * Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the Office * Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Office Requirements: * Current CNA certification or at least one years of caregiving experience (preferred) * Knowledge and experience in providing personal care, homemaking, and companionship services * Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance * Must pass a criminal background check EEOC Statement: Griswold Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
