Job Title: Housekeeper
PAY RATE: $14.42 - $16.49/hr.
Skills
Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Experience in custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols. Background in housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
WAGE: $19 - $26/hr.

DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained according to established standards. Manage floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors as needed. Handle custodial duties including waste disposal and restroom sanitation. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, ensuring efficient operations. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
