Colorado Lamb Processors SQF Practitioner (Food Safety) in Brush, Colorado
REQUIREMENTS: HACCP Certification, or obtained within one month of hire SQF Practioner training or equivalent, or obtained within one month of hire Audit Training, or obtained within one month of hire Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel Able to work in a variety of climates, including outdoors at times Must adhere to all Quality Assurance and HACCP protocols and regulations Legal to work in the U.S. without the need for a Visa Sponsorship Must be 18 years of age or older
WAGE: $20/Hr.
DAYS/HRS: Full Time Permanent Daytime Hrs.

Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: develop, implement, and maintain the SQF system relative to the scope of certification Able to work independently and make decisions with moderate to minimal supervision Adhere to GMPs and enforce GMP compliance in the work area Perform monthly audit in plant and lead annual third party and customer audits All other duties as assigned
