Oracle EMEA SaaS Service Renewal Representative in BUCHAREST, Romania

What you will do

The Renewals Service Representative supports sales teams in Oracle’s EMEA Applications business by assisting our Applications Sales organisation with SaaS renewals administrative & operational activities/ leading the customer interaction in the renewal process. You will effectively manage all customer renewal related activities throughout the renewal lifecycle, leverage supporting systems and teams to identify and mitigate retention risk, front-end customer conversations regarding renewal timeline, usage or policy explanations and develop renewal proposals that align with mutual commercial outcomes for Oracle and our Customers. You will also:

  • serve as single point of contact for the Sales Representatives as responsible for the end to end renewal cycle

  • follow <100k renewal process and milestones as set in the process

  • be responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory

  • educate customers on business practices, value of our service and any associated contractual implications

  • meet productivity and operation expectations on outbound calls/SRs for renewals

  • manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals

  • be responsible for customer retention, win-back, cancellation/downsell avoidance and KPI management

  • accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory

  • work closely with Customer Success Managers and Field Applications Sales to manage renewal and expansion opportunities within territory accounts

  • develop and manage customer relationships, positioning the value of SaaS to each customer to protect and grow revenue streams

  • meet set targets for revenue and renewal rates

  • prepare renewal orders in accordance with customer contracts and business practices

  • work closely with partners where required to maximise renewals through these channels

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development experience preferably in a SaaS Applications or IT related industry (though not essential).

  • Good command of English.

  • Strong communication skills internally and externally

  • Strong contracts negotiation experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to work under strict procedures, timelines and compliance

  • Good team player to collaborate with other specialization roles

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Competency with Excel, Word & Sales forecasting systems
