Logistics and Compliance Advisor

We’re tasked with getting off-lease products quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively to Dell Technologies customers. We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

What you’ll achieve

As a Logistics and Compliance Advisor, you will be responsible for getting product to DFS remarketing customers, partners and suppliers across the globe. As part of the logistics management team, you will monitor logistics vendor performance, ensure adherence to KPI's and ensure cost effective service delivery.

Additionally, you will support the DFS remarketing team in complying with its trade compliance policies

You will:

• Execute transportation and fulfillment operations

• Manage logistics vendor performance

• Utilize data analytics to identify and implement performance enhancement

• Liaise with Dell Technologies trade compliance team to ensure DFS aligns with group trade compliance policies

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree

• Problem solving skills

• Demonstrable supplier management and negotiation skills

• Effective interpersonal and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

• Understanding of global supply chain and manufacturing industry

• Power BI analytical skills
