The Role: Senior Software Engineer

The Impact: As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the new distributed computing platform for analyzing financial data. Your contributions will directly impact our business by enhancing the speed and efficiency of data processing, leading to faster decision-making for our clients and a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed computing systems.

• Optimize algorithms and improve system scalability and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define APIs and integrate with existing systems.

• Conduct performance analysis and implement optimizations to meet performance goals.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Strong programming skills in Java, with experience in concurrent programming.

• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems or high-performance computing solutions.

• Experience in development of cloud-native applications in AWS

• Experience with Apache Ignite

• C++ experience is a plus

• Proficiency in designing and maintaining APIs for large-scale systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
