Meet your team:

Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery (GCID) develops and delivers services for cloud infrastructure and cloud operationstoSAPLines of Business (LoB)and through them, our external customers.We support LoBs and their customers' cloud adoption journeythrough four hyperscaler public clouds andSAP'sInfrastructure-as-a-Service.

Service Management (SM) is a team within GCID organization. The team focuses on monitoring, supporting, and improving cloud service levels for LoBs. The team is also responsible for ensuring ITIL standards are followed, and improvements are ongoing.

What you'll do :

As an Solution Architect on our team, you will define solution architecture and ensure implementation of our solutions on SAPs ServiceNow. You will work closely with business owners, product managers, and in-house experts in an agile setting. In your daily business, you will make technical and architecture concepts, contribute to implementation, and operations of SAPs Service Management applications and landscape. You should be able to understand business demands, design corresponding solution architectures and drive implementations with the agile development team. In the program you are leading based on your deep expertise and dedication to establish a reliable and end user friendly solution.

Specifically, you will be:

  • Responsible for architectural design, development, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.

  • Work closely with sprint teams to ensure architectural design is transferred in working products

  • Develop high-level design documents, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.

  • Be proficient with ITOM/ITSM business processes and transfer business demands to reliable and simple solutions

  • Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability and maintainability

  • Applying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for your solutions

  • Establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts and enable ONE TEAM spirit from delivery to operation

  • Act as thought leader for other team members

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including design and architecture.

  • Proven track record in leading ServiceNow implementation projects.

  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related areas.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities.

  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow development tools.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
