We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Consultant for Cardiac Implantable devices of Arrhythmology field with Hungarian and English languages to be based in Budapest. The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Medtronic is a leading company concerning Cardiac Implantation technology all over the world. Our portfolio is used in daily practice in Cardiovascular departments in the most of large Hospitals in Hungary.

A Day in the Life

• Handling customer technical support cases through operation room presence.

• Identify training and development opportunities in targeted accounts.

• Use excellent interpersonal skills to establish supportive and trusting relationships.

• Maintain ongoing communication with implanting team through every step of each case.

• Routinely meet with implanters to ensure current knowledge of CRM products and studies.

• Work closely with the implanter to ensure correct implant technology and devices during the implantation procedures.

• Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to customer needs.

Must Haves

• Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance or technical support.

• Technical skills and background

• Fluent English and Hungarian language

• Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute projects within budget on schedule.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers - medical.

• Potential to absorb complex technical product knowledge.

• Understanding of health care system requirements.

• Strong ability to persuade, explain and advise.

• Works independently with limited supervision.

• Ability to influence.

• Willingness for frequent traveling ( for support and for trainings)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry.

• For this role, you will be expected to be located in Budapest or its area in Hungary

• Team player skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Catheter Based Therapies business in Hungary.

• Exposure in multinational Medical Device Company.

• Advance presentation skills.

• Bioengineering acquirements or similar.

• Strong time management and ability to identify priorities.
