This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, travel to various job sites, and learn new skills in the construction and landscaping fields. Location: Buffalo, MN (travel to job sites required) Wage: $19 - $20/hr., Depending on Experience (DOE) Hours: 6 am finish (usually done by 5 or 6 pm, could be up to 60-hour weeks) Seasonal Benefits of the general laborer: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity for overtime Hands-on training and skill development Potential for advancement within the company Positive and supportive work environment 401K Paid time off Duties of the general laborer: Assist in potholing and remediation tasks Perform site restoration Set up hard holes and pull fiber Keep paperwork updated and completed Engage in some heavy lifting Use a shovel to dig holes Requirements of the general laborer: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Willingness to work long days, sometimes up to 12 hours Openness to learning how to operate equipment Good attendance record Comfort with working outdoors in all weather conditions Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus Additional Information: Apply today!
