TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, New York

MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, not required

  • 2-4 years business experience with customer service

  • PC skills – Windows, MS Word

  • STRONG Excel skills

  • Must be able to utilize pivot tables and vlookup- SAP a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • This individual must be comfortable dealing directly with customers – this is business to business interaction with Buyers and Brokers of major food companies (not consumers).

  • Will be assisting with orders, tracking shipments, replacing damaged orders, and assisting with other issues and inquires.
