Position Summary:
A Postdoctoral Associate position in available in the laboratory of Dr. Adelaiye-Ogala in the Division of Hematology and Oncology (https://medicine.buffalo.edu/departments/medicine/divisions/hematology-oncology.html) , Department of Medicine, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences to investigated mechanisms driving therapeutic resistance in genitourinary cancers. The individual will:
- Work with the PI and members of the lab and use their expertise to analyze data from for high-throughput next generation including bulk and single cells sequencing, spatial profiling (transcriptomic), chromatin and proteomics.

Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD or similar degree in bioinformatics, computational biology or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with bioinformatic/computational tools for bioinformatics analysis of high-throughput biological data, including transcriptomic, epigenetics, genomics and proteomics data. Be familiar with nf-core pipelines and the nextflow platforms
