Responsibilities

The Product Manager will contribute to product definition and development while maintaining alignment to the larger Microsoft HLS organizational strategy. Through market research and customer interaction, the Product Manager will provide market and business analysis to drive the product roadmap. The Product Manager will lead the scrum teams in agile product development activities and support cross-functional teams to launch, market, and sell these products.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Translate product vision and strategy into product roadmaps and releases.

  • Engage across function and product group to ensure alignment with broader organization.

  • Lead agile ceremonies to ensure on-time and high-quality releases.

  • Support the sales and marketing organization to effectively promote the product.

  • Actively engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction through product innovation and supportability.

Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in product management or systems administration in the medical imaging/radiology field

  • OR equivalent work experience.

  • 1+ year of experience directly managing medical imaging/radiology IT applications, either in a clinical setting or for a product organization delivering solutions in this field.

  • 1+ year of experience with JIRA, ADO, or other collaboration tools for managing the software development and release process.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience either contributing to multiple product releases with a product organization or implementing new versions of medical imaging/radiology software in large clinical delivery systems.

  • Experienced in product development and/or integration with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and products.

  • User interface and user experience design.

  • Experience integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence into business processes and/or applications.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
