Overview

As aVideo Surveillance Coordinatorwith Burlington, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting procurement of video from claims all around the USA. You will act as a liaison to the Workers’ Compensation Coordinators and the General Liability Coordinator. Additionally, you will upload videos to our TPA (Third Party Administrator) through the RMIS (Risk Management Information Systems) system.

To be successful in this position you should have proficiency with DVR-based systems and cloud-based video systems as well as understanding of video download techniques. Also, you should be familiar with general insurance terminology.

A Day In The Life

• Review all reported General Liability and Worker’s Compensation claims and secure accompanying video.

• Coordinate procurement of video to ensure video is secured and sent to appropriate parties.

• Liaison with both internal and external partners to ensure that we have appropriate films.

You Possess

• High School Diploma, required; Bachelor Degree; desired

• 1- 3 years related claims systems experience, desired

• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

• Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan, and execute to conclusion.

• Analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in Risk Management.
