You Will Enjoy Our: Work-Life Balance Evenings, most weekends, and holidays off On-the-Job Training Professional Development Training and Programs Competitive Pay We start at $25/hour Generous PTO Start earning PTO on your first day Paid Holidays We are closed the 6 major holidays of the year Work Environment Everyone takes pride in their work and can see their impact on the company Employee Discounts Employee Referral Program We Also Provide: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans to fit any lifestyle and family Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts 100% company paid Short and Long-term Disability 401(k) Program and company matching 100% company paid Group Life Insurance Additional Voluntary Life Insurance You Will Take Ownership of: Various warehouse tasks to support all sales distribution points Assisting with training new Warehouse Associates (e.g., conducting process observations, root cause analysis for quality defects, providing feedback & coaching, etc.) Unloading freight from trucks & trailers using manual & motorized equipment Comparing good received & packing slips for order accuracy, inspecting for any damage & notifying your supervisor of any discrepancies Scanning or entering product into the inventory control system or related computer program Maintaining consistent & adequate stock of product on the sales floor & warehouse shelves in a neat & orderly condition Using manual or motorized equipment to transport inventory between the warehouse & store locations Leading scheduled inventory events (physical inventory counts, etc.) Preparing shipments for customers or other Acme Tools locations Accurately picking items from customers orders, shipping orders or requisitions, preparing shipments & loading product onto trucks, trailers, or customer vehicles Occasionally driving a company vehicle to transport items from warehouse to customer or to pick up items from various locations Maintaining a clean & organized warehouse to ensure accessibility & safety Helping with property maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc.) Maintaining a safe & secure work environment by adhering to & striving to improve safety standards & reporting any suspicious activity Completing related tasks as assigned
