Liberty Healthcare Corporation operates the ‘California Conditional Release Program,’ a specialized intensive community supervision and treatment program for people adjudicated as “Sexually Violent Predators” and court-ordered to transition from in secure residential treatment in the community.
Liberty seeks to hire an experienced human services manager for a new Office Manager and Partnership Coordinator position which will support our program, leadership team, customer, clients, and other stakeholders.
The responsibilities of this key position will include:
Serving as manager of Liberty Healthcare’s San Diego office
Supervising Liberty’s Business Manager and Executive Assistant
Collaborating with Liberty Healthcare’s management team, customers, and community stakeholders
Participating in and supporting various activities related to the transition of clients from the hospital into the community
Organizing client related records, documents and data
Reporting and tracking activities related to requests for records, information and program data
Policy and procedure development
Liaising with Liberty’s leadership team and program staff located throughout California
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
Starting pay between $90,000 and $110,000 (depending on qualifications)

This position will require you to work in-person, Monday through Friday, during daytime business hours in Liberty Healthcare’s office located at 2251 San Diego Avenue in the Old Town neighborhood of San Diego.
You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field
Experience providing direct human services support for people who are justice involved
Experience managing and training office staff
Superior interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and work positively with others
Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
