Today, we are recruiting for a Team assistant to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Prepare documentation and letters, e.g., proofreading, printing, and file compiling.

  • Organize logistical arrangements for meetings, e.g., invitations, room and hotel booking, meals, minutes of meetings, workshops, etc.

  • Manage communication with customers, including organizing and storing important documents in a structured manner.

  • Submit and follow the reimbursement of the team expenses.

  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned and communicate status in the format agreed upon by the manager.

  • Leverage the expertise of standard office practice and procedures to process various types of paperwork associated with office support.

  • Manage, coordinate, and supervise the utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.

  • Manage office maintenance, logistics, and office supplies.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel expenses (domestic and international) for managers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative assistance in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent work ethic, combined with a professional attitude and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with a manager located in a different location.

  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and time management.

  • Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
