Canadian Tire Associate Manger, eCommerce Merchandising in Calgary, Alberta
What you'll do
Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, the Associate Manager, eCommerce will be a vital member of our eCommerce team at Mark's. This position holds the responsibility of coordinating and executing homepage, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales and deliver an exceptional site experience on Marks.com. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on optimizing the site experience and leveraging data analysis to identify online opportunities. Collaboration with various teams across the business is crucial to ensure the successful execution. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for online categories and sales will serve as important metrics for success in this role.
Coordinate and execute homepage, promotions, and campaigns to maximize sales and provide a best-in-class site experience.
Utilize customer insights, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making processes, analyze results, and identify areas of opportunity.
Foster cross-functional relationships with teams across the business to ensure successful campaign execution.
Develop strategies to drive traffic to underperforming areas of the website and reduce exit rates. - Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce team to maintain workflow continuity and meet deadlines.
Work with internal and external partners to troubleshoot, track, and resolve any back-end system issues.
Provide detailed weekly progress reports to key stakeholders.
Participate in related special projects and new initiatives as required.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
