Position Summary

As the ProjectQuality QA/QC Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring project qualitystandards are met while working collaboratively with the project managementteam. You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of thequality assurance program on the project.

Position Summary

  • Maintain and develop or adjust (as required),all quality management system processes to achieve project requirements,

  • Manage the development and implementation ofinternal procedures and work instructions from beginning to project closeout,coordinating with project management team and clients,

  • Understand contract and specificationrequirements for all quality activities,

  • Complete non-conformance reports andimplement dispositions,

  • Execute project audits to establish projectconformance with the project management system, including recordingnon-conformances, opportunities for improvement, correction, correctiveactions, preventive actions,

  • Monitor, establish (where required) andreport project key performance indices to project management and client,

  • Analyze work flow and work process toidentify and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years related experience inmultidisciplinary engineering projects in a quality control or qualityassurance role.

  • Successful completion of a diploma/ degree/certificate or equivalent from an accredited university or college inEngineering is considered an asset.

  • Proven ability to manage quality procedures andprocesses.

  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 is considered anasset.

  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary engineeringand procurement work processes in the oil and gas industry is considered anasset.

  • Ability to identify process improvements.

  • Proven focus on detail and attention todetail.

  • Excellent written and oral communicationskills.

  • Ability and experience to work in a dynamicteam environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communicationskills required

  • Strong organizational and time managementskills.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) preferred.
