Serco supports distinctcloud-based ServiceNow platforms for our Corporate instances and for our Government Program instances. We are seeking an Experienced Application Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology Team in San Diego, CA . This position will be primarily remote but you will be asked to come into our San Diego, CA office on an as needed basis (minimum once a month)

In this role, you will:

• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for developed Applications.

• Create reports and dashboards.

• Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow

• Work with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

• Maintain as well as seek continuous improvements of processes, standards, policies, and best practice methods.

• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow applications.

• Develop catalog items, process automation, and solutions through no code, low code, and JavaScript code when needed to meet valid business needs.

• Perform quality assurance and various typesof testing.

• Master data or development into or between ServiceNow instances and other systems.

• Interact with customers in requirements gathering.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have :

• United States Citizenship required

• A Bachelor’s Degree

• Or a High School Diploma/GED with atleast 1 IT Certification

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow as adeveloper

• Strong experience in Web technologies:

• JavaScript

• HTML

• CSS

• XML

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest features 

• Strong knowledge of and experience in ServiceNow core architecture and applications such as Incident,Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Management

• Employee Center, App Engine Studio, Mobile

• Experience with all phases of the softwaredevelopment life-cycle

• Have the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems and integrations with ServiceNow

• ServiceNow Citizen Developer Certification

• Ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired skills and experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or other IT-related disciplines preferred

• Experience with jQuery, JSON, and ITIL V4 are a plus

• ServiceNow Administration Certification (CSA), and current on deltas

• ServiceNow Applications Developer (CAD), and current on deltas

• SharePoint experience a Plus

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $91,701.62 to $152,836.04; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
