Robert Half Sr. Corporate Accounting Analyst in Camas, Washington

Description

Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Investment Advisory team in Camas, Washington. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining our corporate group accounting records in line with accounting standards, providing vital information for senior leadership and contributing to the production of the firm's financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

• Prepare schedules for quarterly reviews, semi-annual reports, and annual audits.

• Create and analyze corporate financial statements.

• Serve as a liaison between the firm and outside CPA firms.

• Automate and improve existing processes and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures.

• Work with the Finance team to implement a broad range of projects to support the firm's long-term strategic goals.

• Maintain the integrity of multiple accounting ledgers.

• Support the firm's international expansion efforts with our banking, regulatory, and general accounting knowledge.

• Use skills in General Ledger, CPA, Fixed Asset Accounting to perform tasks effectively.

Salary range: 70k-90k

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the Investment Advisory industry

• Proficiency in General Ledger management and Fixed Asset Accounting

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
