Job Description
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, DIGITAL DELIVERIES, Sloan School of Management-Office of Executive Education (2 openings), to model best practices in operational policies, processes, and procedures required to ensure the quality and integrity of online program delivery. Will serve as point of resource for program coordinators and directors before, during, and after digital program deliveries; pilot new digital platforms in a rapidly expanding digital portfolio of programs; partner regularly with the senior associate director of digital deliveries and digital capability leader to develop, implement, and manage operational policies, processes, and procedures required to ensure the quality and integrity of digital program delivery and the operational effectiveness of the digital program portfolio within the Office of Executive Education; lead the development and management of the new digital program from the planning stages through to implementation and delivery; and be accountable for hitting milestones and driving timelines throughout the development of new digital programs both with vendors and in Executive Education. Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree and at least five years of industry or executive education programming and/or admin/project/program management. PREFERRED: business experience in executive education or comparable program or project management field; familiarity with Sloan and MIT faculty; excellent customer service skills; ability to lead and deliver complex and challenging programs and contribute to building a respectful and professional environment; ability to build relationships with and respond to client/customer, faculty and program director needs; and ability to multitask and work in a pressured work environment with changing priorities and limited supervision. Salary range: $73,490 - 98,283 - 123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. This is a two-year term position with full benefits. Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check. 6/12/24
