Actalent Project Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description

  • Develop and progress integrated cross-functional project plans that are critical to the program’s success.

  • Build relationships and strong communication with strategic external partners.

  • Manage external CDMOs/CROs to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Lead internal and external matrixed project teams.

  • Develop and maintain program budgets and timelines, and associated cross-functional logistics and communication.

  • Represent the company in project management for partnered development programs.

  • Coordinate study activities and oversee that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

  • Organize and maintain all documents and records related to the program studies and ensure timely delivery of study documents.

  • Support the execution of translational stages of a program with internal teams and external stakeholders in partnership with the Project Team Lead.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in life sciences (Preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in program management of drug development, preferably in the gene therapy field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Program Management tools
