    Job Description

REAL TALK PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, Media Lab, to join the MIT Center for Constructive Communication (CCC) and serve on the Real Talk leadership team. Will focus on the design, build, and implementation of the RealTalk@MIT (https://www.ccc.mit.edu/realtalkmit/) program across campus and stakeholder categories (e.g., students/staff/ faculty, labs/centers/institutes, affiliate organizations, etc.) in collaboration with the Real Talk program lead. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; three years of relevant professional experience in program or project management; experience working effectively in a university setting and with college students, faculty, and staff; demonstrated ability to design and implement effective business and organizational processes; initiative and self-motivation; strong organizational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills; good judgment and discretion when dealing with complex projects; support for MIT’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles; ability to work both independently and as a contributor to team efforts in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders; attention to detail; and ability to manage multiple objectives/tasks and meet competing deadlines. PREFERRED: master’s degree; facilitation/mediation or related experience; experience coordinating large-scale projects in collaboration with engineers, designers, and end users; experience with project/program evaluation and impact analysis; experience creating dynamic and comprehensive reports; and experience collecting and synthesizing feedback for stakeholders.
