ManpowerGroup Accounting Analyst I in Camden, New Jersey
Pay Rate: $38.00/hr
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: Minimum 12 months contract with possible extension
Manager's comments to Suppliers:
If someone was local and wanted to work a day/two in Camden HQ that would be welcome!
This temp role will go through June of 2025
Standard hours 8-5
The position is open due to a new Project acquisition - this person will be managing the budget for the IT integration
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior experience
SAP knowledge preferred, but not required - large ERP systems experience and a corp finance background of 1-3 years is ideal
Must be strong in MS EXCEL - pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas
Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
-must be able to work with diff types of personalities and take direction well!!
Job Description:
-Primary Responsibilities:
• Build the IT Integration Project Budget, reforecast and rephase the expenses on a monthly basis
• Create Purchase Requisitions via SAP and follow the requisition through the approval process to purchase order generation
• Collaborate cross functionally with senior level stakeholders
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance
• Prepare reports and projections on a monthly basis
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation
• Track current financial data and alert stakeholders if any variances arise
• Ensure all financial tasks and processes are complaint with Corporate Finance policies
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree - not required, will consider work experience in lieu of
• 1+ years relevant work experience
• SAP knowledge preferred, but not required
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills
• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
