Holtec I nternational, a g lobal supplier of heat transfer equipment for nuclear, fossil, solar and
g eothermal plants, seeks a project mana g er with stron g academic credentials, g ood communication and or g anization skills, and a solid foundation in thermod y namics and heat transfer.
The position is located at Holtec’s technolog y center in Camden, NJ. Holtec manufactures heat transfer equipment domesticall y and internationall y throu g h a network of manufacturin g partners.
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of projects and provides support to identif y and develop new opportunities. This position will mana g e the overall relationship with the customer. Principal duties include:
· Project completion within budget, on-schedule and to customer’s satisfaction
· Compliance with contract in a cost-effective and technicall y sound manner
· Reviews product desi g n for compliance with en g ineerin g principles, contract requirements, and
applicable standards
· Approves desi g n chan g es, specifications, en g ineerin g anal y ses, and drawings
· Preparation of proposals and commercial quotes of out-of-scope work as required
Require m ents:
All candidates MUST possess the followin g :
· 5+ y ears of Project Mana g ement experience (nuclear, or related)
· Bachelor’s de g ree in engineerin g from an accredited, four- y ear university
· Relevant project mana g ement experience
· Experience with Heat Transfer, Heat Exchan g er, Air Cooled Condenser, Thermod y namics,
HE I , ASME, and HTR I
· Stron g schedulin g experience usin g Primavera or Microsoft Project
· U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status
· Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, anal y tical and problem-solvin g
skills
· Stron g time mana g ement and or g anizational skills
· Project Mana g ement Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent
I n addition, all candidates must be capable of obtainin g unescorted access to domestic commercial nuclear power plants, includin g passin g dru g and alcohol screenings.
