Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with additional capabilities in service work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through expert installation of HVAC units and proficient service maintenance. Tasks include troubleshooting heat pumps, oil/gas furnaces, mini splits, and boilers, as well as ordering parts and managing vendor invoices. You will also replace, adjust defective parts, and properly recharge air-conditioning systems with refrigerants. Our expectation includes performing preventative maintenance, testing completed work, and accurately documenting time and materials.

Hard Skills

• HVAC installation

• Troubleshooting heat pumps, oil/gas furnaces, mini splits, boilers

• Knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic controls, electronic temperature controls, relay systems, thermostats

• Recharging air-conditioning systems with refrigerants

Soft Skills

• Customer satisfaction
